Whitney Dubinsky
Founder & Principal, ALD Strategic Advisory
Whitney Dubinsky is a seasoned international development and government affairs professional with over 15 years of experience designing and leading high-impact initiatives at the intersection of public policy, private sector engagement, and economic growth.
As the founder of ALD Strategic Advisory, Whitney brings a deep understanding of how to build effective partnerships between governments, investors, and entrepreneurs. Her work is driven by a belief that inclusive, market-driven solutions are essential to creating long-term development impact.
Before launching ALD, Whitney led private sector engagement for USAID in Guatemala, where she served as the mission’s primary liaison to business leaders, investors, and trade partners. She oversaw flagship initiatives that mobilized over $250 million in private capital, supported more than 500 entrepreneurs, and created tens of thousands of jobs—particularly in underserved regions. Her leadership helped build resilient ecosystems for small and growing businesses (SGBs), expand access to finance, and promote cross-border trade across Central America.
Whitney’s expertise spans a wide range of fields, including investment mobilization, entrepreneurial finance, trade policy, climate resilience, and strategic communications. She has worked across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, supporting both U.S. foreign policy and development goals.
